Dr. Rains provides high quality treatment with the aid of a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. He graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry and completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Connecticut. He also taught orthodontics at UCLA. Dr. Rains has the latest digital X-ray equipment enabling patients to have all their orthodontic records taken in his office so they need not run all over town.
