Dr. R. Taylor World Jr. studied medicinal chemistry at the University of Utah and received his dental degree at the University of Iowa in 1986 where he graduated in the top of his class. He earned several distinguished awards in school for leadership and dental excellence. Upon graduating, he entered into a partnership with Dr. Tom Broadbent and formed Pioneer Valley Dental. He has served as continuing education chairman for the Utah chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry and helped sponsor several world renowned speakers. He has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Utah Dental Association since 1986 and served on the Salt Lake dental board twice heading up the peer review committee and helping solve problems. Dr. World served on the board for the Salt Lake Donated Dental facility, one of the nations' only free clinics, for ten years and served as Chairman for two years.
