Dr. Brian was born and raised right next door to Santa Clarita in the San Fernando Valley. After attending Granada Hills High School, he went on to college at The University of Texas in Austin where he majored in biology and minored in business foundations. He earned high honors at UT and was accepted into dental school back in southern California at Western University of Health Sciences where he completed his dental training.

Dr. Brian follows in a long family tradition in dentistry. Both Dr. Gradinger's father and grandfather are dentists which provided him with a strong foundation in the profession. Dr. Brian is highly proficient in all phases of clinical restorative dentistry and loves helping his patients create the smile of their dreams! He takes pride in his abilities to listen to his patient's needs and help make every visit as easy and relaxing as possible. After meeting Dr. B, you will quickly realize that going to the dentist never had to be such a stressful experience, and can even be fun. His goals are to do excellent aesthetic dentistry, stay on time, and not hurt anyone.

At the inception of our practice in 2014, Dr. Brian was personally selected by Dr. Dean Schweitzer to provide dental services to the adolescents and young adults that graduated from the pediatric office. Dr. Gradinger was chosen because of his exceptional clinical skills, keen sense of professionalism and warm, friendly personality. After visiting with the doctor, you will feel at ease knowing that he truly cares and is extremely thorough with all of his patient interactions.

In his free time Dr. B enjoys spending time with family and friends, hanging at the beach and traveling. On the weekends, and even sometimes after work, you can find him paddling out to catch some waves. He enjoys staying active whether its surfing, working out or going on hikes.
