The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing staff schedules, handling patient communications, and ensuring smooth workflow across the practice.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, billing coordination, supervising front-desk and office staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Office Manager will also assist with telehealth appointments and support patient inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
