Dr. Loc Tong, the owner of Gentle Dentistry, brings experience and expertise to his practice. Raised in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Tong embarked on his academic journey in South Florida, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nova Southeastern University. He furthered his education at Barry University , earning a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Tong's pursuit of excellence led him to Howard University College of Dentistry (HUCD) in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Throughout his academic tenure, Dr. Tong garnered numerous accolades, including recognition as the Most Outstanding Student Doctor and Most Likely To Teach. Additionally, he assumed the role of Class President at HUCD during his tenure.

Proficient in all facets of general dentistry, Dr. Tong demonstrates a particular interest in implant and cosmetic dentistry. He maintains active membership in esteemed professional organizations such as the American Dental Association , Academy of General Dentistry , and Florida Dental Association. Committed to humanitarian endeavors, Dr. Tong dedicates his time to volunteering, extending dental services to underserved communities globally.
