Dr. Daniel de la Torre is a life long New York resident. After attending Xavier High School in Manhattan, he attended Boston College where he graduated with honors.

Returning to New York, Dr. de la Torre completed both his dental training and his post-doctoral pediatric training at Columbia School of Dental Medicine. His pediatric dental training at Columbia included the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric dental disease and dental problems specific to children and adolescents. This training included specialized education in hospital dentistry and the effective treatment of medically and physically compromised children. In addition, Dr. de la Torre has completed two years of training in "Clinical Orthodontics for Pediatric Dentists" at the State University of New York, Stony Brook Post Graduate Orthodontic Program and has years of experience providing children orthodontic care.
