Meet Dr. Rachel Jablonski
Salem, OR
Dr. Rachel Jablonski is an alumn of Oregon Health and Science University’s School of Dentistry , where she graduated with great honors in 2015. She completed a year of training at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, HI to enhance her surgical skill set and learn to treat patients with complex medical conditions. Dr. Jablonski and her husband then moved to Medford, Oregon, where her practice was focused on treating the uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid population. As a Salem native, Dr. Jablonski was excited to move back and begin a new chapter in her career. She actively participates in the Marion-Polk Dental Society and the Oregon Dental Association , and is constantly engaged in continuing education to offer the best care possible to her patients.
