Plano Texas dentist David Wilhite specializes in general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry including porcelain veneers, dental implants, Invisalign braces, teeth whitening and more.

Dr. Wilhite brings 31 years of experience in dentistry. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS and an MS, and attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, graduating in 1980. For his post-graduate training, he received his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry, and in 2004 was presented the Mastership Award, a prestigious honor earned by no more than one percent of dentists in the nation. It signifies Dr. Wilhite has taken more than 1,100 additional hours of continuing education in a variety of disciplines in dentistry. Dr. Wilhite has twice been nominated for Dentist of the Year for the Texas Academy of General Dentistry. He has been nominated yearly since 2006 for Texas Super Dentist in Texas Monthly magazine.
