Welcome to our pediatric dental office. It is our pleasure to serve you by providing high quality dentistry in a safe and caring environment. Dr. Yael Leizerovich Bar-Zion and her staff have been especially trained to help young, apprehensive children feel good about seeing the dentist and taking care of their teeth.

Our office limits its services exclusively to the care of toddlers, children and teens, and has been carefully designed to suit both their physical and psychological needs. Our goal is to help your child feel good about visiting the dentist and to teach your child how to care for their teeth. We encourage and promote regular preventive dental care so your child may enjoy a lifetime of good dental health.

Parents are always welcome to accompany their child during treatment. We continuously encourage parental involvement and education. We believe open communication is the most important factor in a successful patient-doctor relationship.

Biography:

Dr. Yael Bar-Zion is a board certified pediatric dentist. She graduated UCLA, School of Dentistry in 1999, and received her Clinical Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Texas, Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2001.

Dr. Bar-Zion opened her private pediatric dental office in 2002. She volunteers her free time performing dental presentations, and educating children and parents about dentistry and oral health. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Association.

She resides here in Newbury Park, with her husband (also a dentist), and two children
