Dr. Lazar received his dental degree from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in the year 2000 and has enjoyed five years of general practice, before seeking specialty training in Endodontics.

He has completed his advanced post doctoral Endodontic training at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2008 under the guidance of world renowned Endodontist, Dr. James H. Simon.

His extensive vocational experience as a practitioner has given him a broad understanding of socioeconomic of the area, as well as general practitioners challenges.

Clinically, he is well versed with Endodontic treatment, Endodontic pretreatment, Microsurgical Endodontics and Traumas.

Dr. Lazar is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Southern California (USC), School of Dentistry Grad Endodontist, participating in clinical research and training graduating Endodontists.

Dr. James McAndrews is a native of southern California. He was graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where he received his BS in Biochemistry. Dr. McAndrews received his DDS from the University of Southern California. He completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Southern California / Los Angeles County Medical Center. Following his residency Dr. McAndrews joined the attending staff at USC / LAC Medical Center and Keck Medical Center of USC where continues to educate and train the residents.

Dr. McAndrews is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is a fellow in the International College of Dentists, American College of Dentists, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In 2011, Dr. McAndrews was recognized by the USC School of Dentistry for his 20 years of Service.
