Dr. Vermeulen attended Lamar University, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry where he received his Doctors of Dental Surgery degree. When Dr. Vermeulen is not practicing his passion of dentistry he spends most of his time with his wife traveling. He grew up in The Netherlands, Europe. He is an outdoors person and loves all sports, especially soccer. Dr. Vermeulen believes in a preventive approach, patient education being in the forefront. He enjoys taking time to listen and get to know his patients. He truly enjoys learning about new technology related to dentistry, as it continually changes, it is important to keep up with it to offer the best care for patients. He is a standing member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
