Dr. Knable lived in Bozeman, Montana while attending Mount Ellis Academy. He then moved to Portland, Oregon to pursue training in dental laboratory technology. While in Oregon, he worked as a dental lab tech for five years. During this time, he applied to and was accepted to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
