Dr. Justin Neibauer�s early years were spent growing up in Waldorf, Maryland. Later on in life, he traveled with his father to Cameroon, Africa on a mission trip to provide dental services, instilling a desire in him to use dental care to improve the quality of life of the people around him.

He attended Columbia Union College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While transitioning into dental school, Dr. Neibauer worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), researching salivary gland development. He then went on to graduate at the top of his class from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
