Dr. Montenero is what you might call "a local product," born and raised here in Everett, educated at Malden Catholic High School, a cum laude graduate of Boston College, Class of 1976, and of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1979.

It was then that his dental education really began, as he has always considered his Diploma from Tufts a license to learn the complexities of his profession. To illustrate the point, while Massachusetts requires all licensed dentists take 40 hours of Continuing Dental Education every 2 years, Dr. Montenero has amassed an average of over 100 hours per year over the last 30 years. In support of his clinical studies, Dr. Montenero is always updating his repertoire of services and technologies with such innovations as CEREC, the original CAD/CAM dental technology in which teeth can be restored in a single sitting with the patient; Invisalign, the original "invisible" orthodontic appliance, and ZAP Laser for non-surgical soft-tissue therapies. Though Dr. Montenero now resides in North Reading with Daryl, his wife of 33 years, and their son and daughter, Tom and Diana, he always has, and always will find his real home is back in Everett.
