Dr. Slater graduated Cum Laude graduate from Florida International University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, she then received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Slater has taken many continuing education courses including hard and soft tissue laser training, dental implant restoration, and dental veneers. She is certified in Invisalign , Botox and fillers, and conscious dental sedation including nitrous oxide. Dr. Slater is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Dr. Slater is passionate about general comprehensive dentistry. She believes that each patient's dental experience should be positive, informative, and every dental visit should address the patient's goals in full.
Dr. Slater is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and the Merrimack Valley District Dental Society.
Dr. Slater resides in the Boston area and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She is also involved in her community and her interests include nonfiction books, walking around the Charles River, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
